Are you representing TnT with your National colors today and tomorrow?
Trinidad and Tobago achieved Independence from Britain on Friday, August 31st, 1962 and then became a Republic on Sunday August 1 1976. Following its larger Caribbean neighbor, Jamaica, that celebrated their 50th on August 6 of this year...T&T will celebrate 50 years of Independence this year in style on August 31. The Government of Trinidad and Tobago will remember and celebrate this important milestone with a series of fitting initiatives. These aim to recognize and celebrate some of the important events, people and places that helped shaped the country’s rich and diverse history. In observing our Golden Jubilee, the Government sought a logo that visually reflected the nation’s journey, engaging all citizens of Trinidad and Tobago, both home and abroad.
Happy birthday and anniversary Trinidad and Tobago also known as T&T.
Trinis, and Trinbagonians everywhere represent well.
