Who said "Homemade Chocolate Chip Cookies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Heyyyy...
How are my lovelies?  Hope you all are doing well...

How is work treating you?..*big sigh*..I have been a little frustrated at work lately, so being on a diet an all last week, I decided to make a little treat yesterday...
It turned out soooo deliciously tasteful ..mmmmm

Should I share?...haha..yes I definitely should :)
I baked the most delicious homemade chocolate chip cookies EVER!!! and it was my first time ever also...lol (always bought them before...never made any..haha)

Here is my secret recipe ;) actually it's not secret I got it from FoodTuby on youtube..

Here is the recipe and I will post her video below so you can see a demonstration of how to do it.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees FH
3 Cups of All Purpose Flour
1 Teaspoon of Baking soda with 2 Teaspoon of Hot Water (mix together separately before adding)
2 Eggs (beat separately before adding)
2 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 Cups Of Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips (my opinion add last and work into mixture)
1 Cup of Butter or Margarine ( you can melt it..I did)
1 Cup of white Sugar
1 Cup of Brown Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon of Salt

Directions: Mix all ingredients together...in the video she used a spoon to mix it...the spoon was not working for me, so I used my hand, like I was kneading dough.  You might want to know why you can't use a mixer, it's because it just isn't necessary and besides these ingredients are too heavy for a hand mixer...A dough mixer might work better.

Just add all the ingredients and mix together, then spoon onto cookie sheets, or baking pans.  Ensure you leave enough space for cookies to spread.
Let cook in pre-heated oven for 15 minutes..she cooked hers for 10, but mine were still soft after ten minutes.
Note: * If you want crunchy cookies, leave for 20-25 minutes* ..check them every 5 minutes though.

This recipe make a lot of cookies...I did not have enough pans, so I just made a cookie cake with the rest and cut up after cooking..lol.
Maybe it would make about 20 or more depending on the amount you scoop out.

Let cool and enjoyyyyyyy :)  This was so yummy I had to be careful I did not gain back all the weight I may have lost...lol

Hope you enjoy and let me know if you tried it...you should!!...It's DELICIOUSLY DELICIOUS :)
